Claymore
I really like. Though I'm a huge sucker for tough loner who is slowly taught about companionship. At least thats my impression from the first few episodes ~ though I certainly wouldn't be upset if a unique spin was put on it, I wouldn't complain if there wasn't either. Has lots of potential IMO, we'll see what they do with it.Hated it for its generic "RARRR SLASH ANGST" deal until that Jennifer lady showed up and we saw some character development. Am hoping the fanboy gets hit by a truck. I realize this would require the invention of trucks in the show's time period, and hope that Doc Brown has sufficient jiggawatts to make it happen.

Has since redeemed itself through addition of giant psychopathic blue death she-gargoyle and mini-Clare. Although I'm really wishing they hadn't gone the X:1999 route: I just can't take decapitations seriously anymore. Goodness, this straight jacket is cozy...

Has since completely redeemed itself. Man, she really knows how to get her berserk on, don't she? Raki still sucks, though.[quote="Kevinma"]Hated it for its generic "RARRR SLASH ANGST" deal until that Jennifer lady showed up and we saw some character development. I didn't think it was generic at all. It seemed quite appropriate at the beginning given how the show started.[quote="barrel_master"]

I concur. I don't think it was generic at all either. I've been really enjoying this show. Theres lots of different avenues that it can take, and it's a lot of fun trying to pick out how things will play out. And Claire has come out with a couple of awesome outfits that I may or may not be considering making
But yeah.......the "cook" that's been accompanying Claire kinda annoys me. He needs some more character development or personality. Though I do feel that he will have a rather important role in the future. (haven't decided what though yet)
The show is kind of cool, but it's still in the generic realm, despite some interesting character relationships. Claymore is really popular, but it sort of takes the middle ground, even with its level of violence. Even so, it's not unlikable, though a lot of the scenes are badly lit, which hurt the eyes.Do not forget, we are using the emergency back up projector, not one of the good ones. We have to get them back, and make those who took them without permission pay for them.
