Seirei no Moribito (Guardian of the Sacred Spirit)
I've really been enjoying this one. I can't really say exactly why it catches my attention though. I do look forward to seeing how the rest plays out.
Oh~ and I adore the opening theme to pieces.Sweet delicious plot in an artistic shell, with a dash of crazy-old-ninja-magic woman. Even better now that the Prince no longer looks like a Princess.
Is this a multigenerational story, then?Excellent show... what I thought was most appealing was the fact that Balsa could be hurt and that she won out at times with just her blood and guts.ooo I like those pictures, especially the second one of Balsa - really pretty~I may be completely an utterly obsessed with this show. Its so pretty and I love all the characters. As well it has a more realistic presentation to it (well expect the shaman......but shes so awesome that its forgivable TAMAGO!!!!!!) Like Barrel_Master said, I like the fact that Balsa can get hurt, and does get hurt is isn't like superhuman. And the battles so far have been really well depicted. I also LOVE how the story line makes me think. I keep trying to figure out what is going to happen and who is going to end up playing what role in the end.
Plus Balsa and Tanda are really cute together.

This is a bit of a tricky one; there's nothing I don't recognizably dislike about the show, but I voted neutral because I wouldn't be sad if we stopped watching it. True, the production values are huge, the story and fights are fairly realistic, and you get an epic feeling from the whole thing, but it just doesn't present something striking that I can hold on to. So, regrettably, since I can tell the anime is so polished, I don't feel strongly one way or another.
