Tokyo Revelations

I loved this one. I just finished watching the second season and this one was so pretty and shiny in comparison, and it seems to be moving more quickly into the plot. The battle scenes and the extent to which the characters get injured is really awesome too. A little more Claymore like in that manner then the previous seasons, and a change that I muchly enjoy (yay for bad grammar)

It was definitely pretty and well animated. I was pretty lost seeing as I'm not caught up so I probably didn't enjoy it like I could have. I would have liked to know why Sakura was sleeping and couldn't wake up, or what the heck the were all angsting about regarding Fai. SO to be brutally honest~ I probably would have liked it a lot had I seen it after catching up on the series or reading the manga, but as it stood - I'm kinda meh on it.

It's a frame-by-frame duplicate of the original manga (although why it isn't called Tsubasa I dunno. Then again, why's the manga called Tsubasa?), which is good, since the manga has fanservice, but bad, in that I was bored to tears.

Now, it does have Mokona in convenient hand-grenade size, but the problem is that the demon-thing SPEAKS, and its voice shall be the herald of a thousand bloodied harpies that will pop out of the screen and turn us all bishounen. What it doesn't have is the frequent cameo appearances by Miyuki-chan and other obscure Clamp characters, which are what make the manga so awesome. I do admit that the fight scenes are now comprehensible.

Fangirl row will probably want to keep it. Me, I'd favour Going Postal Angel Lady over this.
