Astro Fighter Sunred
It's such an interesting reversal of the tropes involved; where the villains are better developed than the hero. I'm just waiting for the girlfriend to be more than just that. It may not make it as a regular show, but as a filler, I can see it quite easy.Power Rangers, the E! True Hollywood Story.
This is what happens when Good triumphs so totally over Evil that Evil goes lame: the good guys punch faces and the bad guys make muffins. Goes to show that evil can always reform; good cannot.
It's a bit of a one-gag show (Sunred punch, bad guys weep) but the intense sincerity of the bad guys gives the show a certain bizarre charm, as does their mind-boggling stupidity. It's the old "evil is what you do, not who you are" trope taken to an extreme.
The girlfriend, by the way, is the true master of this universe.
