Nasu: Suitcase no Watadori

There's definately a Lupin vibe in the animation style, and having seen both this one and its predecessor, I am hoping the next one comes out sooner rather than later.

Neutral, probably for teh same reason as Ippo. Most sports shows in general fail to catch my interest. Though I retained my amusement at the beggining my comparing a certain character to another certain villain.. that quickly died off, and I found myself wondering if it was done yet towards the end. The art and animation is definitely pretty and well done, the subject just isn't my cup of tea. Those who enjoy sports and cycling and the like will probably absolutely love it.

While I'm not usually one for sport shows, I found that I rather enjoyed this one. It's well drawn, and the story was captivating. I usually go for shows that are more than one episode, (At the time I didn't realize that this had a prequel) but I liked the change of pace from the shows that I normally watch. As Steve said, and much to some people's dismay, there Are good shows that don't involve violence, mecha and/or fanservice.
