Kurokami the Animation

Indeed, an interesting setup. Three of you, only one is 'lucky'. Although I'm wairy that this will fall into the 'fight of the week' variant of these shows.

Hopefully I'm worng and we get character development (-angst).

The setup looks good, and the show does do an excellent job of making you cringe, EVEN WHEN YOU KNOW IT'S COMING! (*is one of the aforementioned squeamish ones*) I'll second that I hope the show is able to maintain what it's begun, I'm curious to see how it progresses.

I like the story line so far, however I agree with BerryJon that it could easily fall into such overused themes as that of the 'weekly fight' genre which many similar shows have suffered. I do like the fact that they don't leave any of the detail out. You can see something coming, expect the show to jump to the next scene just as it happens....but no, the screen doesn't change, it stays right where it was and you get the full blown shock of what just happened. The idea that you have 2 others just like you, where the only difference between you all is your luck, is an interesting one.
